Boehm flutes
Wishing to be able to perform early music in a historically sound setting but still using a Boehm flute, I started developing wooden headjoints for silver flutes.
This resulted in a wooden headjoint with a cut out lip plate and silver tube. The oval embouchure hole gives a flexible, straight articulating and clear sound.
As for my self, I prefer to play my Jack Moore with a snakewood headjoint.
